Jackalope

A delicious straight up imperial stout with 10.7% abv Aged in a massive sherry butt, blended with an imperial stout aged in a peaty Islay whisky barrel,

lots of sherry and peaty smoke is apparent along with wood, tobacco and molass

Obeisance

a Maderised barrel aged imperial stout. coming in at 11.6%

this is a combo of 3 imperial stouts all aged in 18-20 year old speyside whisky barrels.

One of which was "maderised" , basically it was purposely aged in a third filled barrel

at warm temps. In order to oxidise it and bring out barley wine/Port/Maderia fruity flavours.

think dates & raisins along with tobacco and whisky.
